HBA professionals installed a CetainTeed Grand Manor Asphalt Shingle roof system on this beautiful Wynnewood home.

Background: HBA was contracted to re-shingle the roof, replace the gutters and downspouts, add ventilation and flashings and add siding to the dormers of this elegant Main Line home in Wynnewood.

The Project: HBA professionals assisted the homeowner in choosing the CertainTeed Grand Manor 3-Tab Asphalt Shingle for this project. The CertainTeed’s Grand Manor was voted best choice of North America's asphalt shingles by Consumer Reports. The Grand Manor, a super heavyweight, has 5 layers of waterproofing on the roof once installed.

HBA pros installed 6 1/2” copper gutters and 3”x 4” copper downspouts. Close-up photos show the intricate detail and the care taken during installation. Under the shingles, the ridge venting and ice and water shield protect and add longevity to the project. Copper flashings match the beauty of the gutters and downspouts and add protection to this stately manor. Fiber Cement Board Siding were installed to seamlessly match the style and color of the home on the third-floor dormers.
